Description

Katitche Point Greathouse is a secluded, small holiday village in its own right and includes the main house in pyramid shape, four large suites, and an additional, even more spacious master bedroom, each with an en-suite bath and private verandah with breathtaking sea views. The pyramid-shaped main house, visible from far offshore, is eleven meters (34') high and offers space for social gatherings as well as reclusion on three levels. |

Rate details
The Katitche Point Greathouse is rented with four equal size suites, individually decorated bedrooms with air-conditioning. They all feature ensuite bathrooms, private verandahs, and equally breathtaking ocean views.
The master bedroom, which is slightly elevated over the rest of the great house, can be rented as a fifth suite, provided the other four suites are occupied at the same time. It is the most spacious suite and features a large bathroom complex, verandah, and complete seclusion.
All suites have king size beds; one suite can have twin beds if requested. Please note that the master bedroom suite can only be included in rentals when the other suites are rented as well. Rates are for 7 night minimums and are listed in US Dollars. The 4 suite rate is for up to 8 guests; 5 suite rate is for up to 10 guests. More than 10 guests staying in the villa is subject to the owner's approval.

A 7% Government Tax and 12% Services will be added.

The rates include full maid service from 8am to 4pm, daily pool maintenance, gardening services, laundry service.
For returning guests, we offer as a sign of our appreciation a discount of 5% on request.
On booking, Katitche Point Greathouse will be happy to assist you with all travel maps, routes to and from the villa, and travel timetables. |
