Neatly tucked away in a private cul-de-sac, Sugarbird provides complete privacy and comfort. As you enter on a gentle landscaped slope our villa with a large 32' x 16' private pool beckons you to enjoy the tropical atmosphere. Villa Sugarbird is situated on Tobago's beautiful south western coast, about fifteen minutes from the Airport
We are within easy reach of four excellent beaches with water sports available at Grafton and Mt. Irvine, fine restaurants, a 18 hole Championship Golf Course and other attractions including snorkelling, scuba diving, fishing and bird watching along the trails in the Bird Sanctuary. |

Rate details
Dates Nightly Rate for up to 8 persons
January 11 to April 14, 2005
US$400 per night
April 15 to December 14, 2005
US$350 per night
December 15, 2004 to January 10, 2005 US$625 per night, minimum 2 weeks stay
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
All reservations require a deposit of 25% of the rental.
Reservations cancelled 21 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of deposit.
Reservations cancelled less than 21 days will forfeit the entire deposit.
Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping except on Sundays. Your personal housekeeper would prepare meals on request at a nominal fee. |
