Description
Welcome to Woburn, a spacious 5,000 sq.ft. 2-storey villa on one private acre with wonderful southern ocean views from both levels. It's just a short private walk to Sandy Hill beach, an empty cresent of white sand with calm clear water excellent for swimming and snorkeling.
One spacious bedroom with pillow-top king size mattress, Hunter overhead fans, with remote controls and private bathroom. Master baths feature glass block walk-in showers with beach views. The upstairs bath has an enclosed private patio, and bidet.
The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with a center island, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas stove, service for 8, all utensils, blender, food processor, etc. An Industrial washer and dryer are located in closet off the kitchen.
The great room has all the features of a living/dining area and opens onto a sunny patio overlooking Sandy Hill Bay. There are plenty of lounges and a patio table for dining under the stars. There is also a Jacuzzi for a relaxing private dip. |

* 30% deposit required at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
* Balance due 30 days before arrival date.
* No refund upon cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival unless a replacement booking can be obtained.
* Full refund of deposit upon cancellation more than
