Description
The Griffin House is on a peninsula overlooking White Sound, about two miles south of the settlement. The ocean beaches are just down the road (a 4-minute walk) and the sea surrounds the house. There is always a breeze, and we have overhead fans in every room, and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Our home has central air conditioning, 3 bedrooms (2 with queen-size beds, 1 with twin beds), 2 full bathrooms with shower, a newly renovated kitchen, an expanded dining room and sun room, living room, a sunning deck, a small front garden with eating area and grill, a covered porch for breakfast and a hammock for reading/naps. DSL Broadband Internet connection. We also have a dish TV stereo tuner and cassette tape player, with a hook-up for a disc player. Humidity is a hazard to electronic equipment, so please keep tapes, discs and equipment in the cabinet. Bring your beach towels, but all other kitchen, bed and bath necessities are supplied. |
