Cypress House is located in the "Valley" area off Coppermine Road overlooking Spring Bay, The Baths and Little and Valley Trunk Bays. Cast your eyes across the dazzling Sir Francis Drake Channel along the main chain of the British Virgin Islands and from the viewing tower, all the way to the U.S. Virgins. Vacation in elegance in this unique 4,500 square foot two bedroom on 2 1/4 private acres with an enormous swimming pool.
Relax on the shady 1600 square foot verandah or take the spiral staircase to the viewing tower, both affording breathtaking panoramic views of the sea. Enjoy cheering on a regatta or getting lost in an intoxicating sunset. Marvel at the nocturnal illuminations of the occasional ship and revel in being at Cypress House.
Accommodations: This two+ bedroom is often used for just one couple because of it's romantic and private nature. The lower bedroom has it's own entrance and terrace. There is an intercom between floors. The Master Bedroom has his and her's baths, one with an outdoor shower, the other clad in marble (please see the website). Cypress House is spacious and private with beautiful local stone work, quarried stone verandahs, carved wood detail and award winning tropical gardens. Guests marvel at the value received, staying at this palatial estate.
Dining: Cypress House boasts a granite bedecked gourmet kitchen. At your request catering, a cook, or a chef can be secured for private dinning.
Weddings: A happy couple was married in the Cypress House viewing tower with a spectacular sea view to set the stage. The premises are perfect to small elegant private weddings and unparalleled for your romantic, secluded honeymoon.
