Description
Hummingbird Haven is located 500 feet above Leverick Bay, with 180 degree panoramic views of the North Sound. It's dramatic sweeping roofline and ventilated stairwell tower bring cooling tradewinds into all rooms.
Enter Hummingbird House by the freshwater pool nestled in the lush tropical gardens.
The Entry Foyer is in the cooling tower and provides access to the Greatroom on the main level and three bedrooms on the lower level.
The Greatroom includes Living, Dining and Kitchen areas, as well as an outdoor covered patio providing panoramic views.The covered patio includes ample seating, a hammock, a dining area with gas BBQ grill and spectacular views of the North Sound. The lower level bedrooms have their own private patio.

The air conditioned guest suites include bathrooms with vanity and tub with shower. There is a queen bed suite and a twin beds suite whose beds can be joined to form a queen. |

All rates are for a 7 night stay and will be prorated for the number of nights you wish to stay.

Government Tax & Maid Service is included. Rates are for 7 nights.
Reservations: To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required and must be received by us within 14 days. American Express, Mastercard and Visa accepted. May we suggest alternate payment by International Money Order or Certified Cheque be sent to us via Federal Express, as mail service to the BVI can take up to one month. The full balance would be due 60 days prior to arrival. A 4% service charge is levied for balances being paid by credit card.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations occurring:
61 days or more prior to date of arrival = 20% cancellation fee
45-60 days prior to date of arrival = 50% cancellation fee
45 days or less prior to date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee
Additional Notes Regarding Cancellations:
All Cancellations must be received in writing.
In the event of your cancellation, and if we were able to re-book your EXACT rental dates, a cancellation fee of 20% is still charged. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures. Alternately we would be happy to credit you for a future booking taken within one year.
Our ability to re-book cancelled dates will be influenced by the amount of notice we receive, the time of year and the demand from other vacationers. You may wish to obtain trip cancellation insurance, available through your travel professional.
Damage Deposits: A credit card imprint is required at check-in as Damage Deposit.
Check-In Time: 4:00 pm Check-Out Time: 10:00 am
Cleaning: Your accommodation is cleaned before your arrival and again following your departure. On each day during your stay, except Sundays and BVI Public Holidays, one of our maids will arrive to provide you limited cleaning. The bed sheets are changed 2-3 times per week, and the towels are usually changed daily. To help conserve water and protect the environment from detergent pollution, we ask guests to re-use towels a second day whenever possible.
Laundry Facilities: There are no personal laundry facilities available in any of the villas. Public laundromats are located at Leverick Bay Resort and Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour.
Additional Charges: Baby cribs - $10/night. (Babies in cribs are not counted in the person rates for villas). Additional persons/children sleeping in villa on cot or sofa bed/trundle bed - $50/night. |
