Waterway Condos has 6 large 2 & 3 bedroom units. While here you may walk the flats and do bone fishing, deep sea fishing, scuba dive, go horseback ridding, golf, birding tours and nature tours , Biking tours and others including visits to the two casinos on Nassau and Paradise Island, stroll through the museums, go shopping downtown Nassau and many more activities or, simply relax and enjoy our beaches.. |

Two and three bedroom condominiums in Nassau Bahamas situated in Coral Harbour on the southwestern end of the Island . The condos are located on the canal and the south ocean beach is directly across the road. Activities and Attractions |
Coral Harbour is the home of some of Nassau's finest Dive companies, horse back ridding and popular island restaurants serving local and international foods. The Islands championship golf courses are located close by.
The condos are fully furnished and feature very large rooms, which are tastefully furnished to conform to the tropic climate. All units come with fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room, air condition, enclosed balcony/patio and cable TV. The two bedroom units sleep up to 6 adults and the three bedroom units sleep up to 10 adults.
Docking facilities are available at the site for those who bring their boats.
The beach is directly across the road and is ideal for snorkeling while scuba diving is a few minutes away. Bring your snorkels and or fishing gear. We do not have a pool. At an additional cost, we do have a boat available with an operator.
At least one member of the party should be 25 years old. We are with in 7 minutes by car from the airport and 20/30 minutes to Cable Beach/ downtown/Paradise Island areas. To take advantage of all that Nassau (which is 21miles long by 7 miles wide) and Paradise Island have to offer, we recommend the rental of a car.

Winter(1st December to 30th April)$220 per day$1320 per week
Summer 3 bedroom $230 per day $1380 per week
Winter $275 per day $1650 per week
We have a minimum stay of 4 days for the unit . The period between Christmas and New Years requires a minimum stay of 7 nights.

To book please advice us by e-mail. Upon confirmation of availability, a deposit of 50% is required within 2 weeks to confirm your booking. The balance should be sent 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
DIRECTIONS TO WATERWAY CONDOS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Follow the sign for exit from the airport to Coral Harbour. Continue on the Coral Harbour road after you reach the ?round - about?. Follow the road to where it curves to run adjacent to the beach. Continue along the road pass the 2nd ?Island? in the road and you would see a two story pink & white building with a pink and white wall on your right side of the road. The name Waterway Condos is on the wall. A small park (open grass area) is in front. |
