Lankford House provides an inviting, comfortable setting on the serene ocean front. This large, two bedroom, two bath home is complete with a full kitchen, dining area and spacious great room. The gorgeous screened in porch reaches the entire length of the house, overlooking your own private beach and crystal blue waters.
Guests at Lankford House enjoy the peace and tranquility of Cayman Brac, while experiencing world-class diving, sightseeing and accommodations.
Cayman Brac, the middle child in the family of three Cayman Islands, offers visitors a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere than that of its big sister Grand Cayman. The Brac is world renowned for its amazing tropical waters and breath-taking landscape.
If you're coming to dive, the Brac boasts a long list of fabulous dive spots. The sunken Russian Destroyer is a popular attraction for both divers and non-divers. It rests in 55 ft. of water at its shallowest, and 110 feet at its deepest, so even overhead passers-by may view it. The Brac is also home to many shallow reefs, including Greenhouse Reef and Radar Reef, as well as magnificent coral walls found at depths of 70 to 100 feet.
For visitors who prefer land-based activities, the Brac offers wonderful natural attractions. The spectacular island habitat is filled with a wide range of exotic indigenous plant and animal life. Visitors may explore the beautiful surroundings atop the bluff, shown above, or venture into one of the Brac caves, which are rumored to contain old pirate treasure. The Brac also is home to a large population of indigenous parrots, which may be enjoyed while walking along the trails in the bluff.
"At night you can hear the silence." Let the gentle sound of the waves relax you for a good night's sleep. In the morning, sit on the porch and enjoy your breakfast while watching the sea birds dive for theirs.
