Original Island Beachfront Living is simple, yet elegant. Open architecture allows the tradewinds to naturally cool each room. Sloped roofs collect precious rainwater for the cisterns. The hammock becomes a favorite place to nap. Dining is often on screened porches with pleasant conversation under starfilled nights. Time slows. You get in touch with what is important. A new perspective awaits.
Easy access to North Wall diving and Stingray City. Minutes from Red Sail Sports, elegant dining at the Rum Point Club and The Kaibo Yacht Club, or a lost afternoon at The Wreck beach bar. Red Sail offers many watersport services as well as a beautiful 45 minute ferryboat ride to the Hyatt Britannica golf course on Seven Mile Beach.
Other activities in the area include Tennis, Cayman Botanical Gardens, birding, Catamaran rides, lunch-snorkel picnics, sunset dinner cruises,Certification and other scuba courses, night dives, nitrox dives.
Cayman Kai is a feast for the eyes of an artist, photographer, or painter and inspiring for the writer. Cayman skies are so clear at night that most everyone does a little star-gazing.
This sea lodge has been inspected annually and licensed since 1999 by the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. The License number is A-132. Right on the beach with open air design, this vacation home has a full kitchen including microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Other amenities include: kettle-barbeque, hammocks,lanai, phone with unlimited free local calls, washer / dryer, ceiling fans, library with 250 books, ironing board, screened porch overlooking Caribbean, stereo CD, binoculars, king bed, queen futon, newly furnished and decorated. Baby equipment is available. Dive discount available and scuba boats nearby, tennis within a short walk, fine dining and informal dining nearby. Housekeeping optional @ $25.
