Description
A tropical cabana awaits you where the Caribbean Sea, a pleasant breeze, and a blue sky meet 75 feet from your door.
Roatan is a beautiful island 40 miles off the Caribbean coast of Honduras, and this cabana is a great place to stay and enjoy the island. It is oceanfront and a single family residence in a quiet development called Sundancer.
Our well-equipped cabana sleeps six comfortably. Large covered decks and an upstairs walkout dormer overlooking the Caribbean Sea offer great places to begin the day enjoying morning coffee and to finish off the day under a canopy of stars.

* The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the other bedroom has a full sized bed.
* The loft has two twin beds and has recently been extended with a large deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
* Cable television.
* Ceiling fans throughout.
* The large covered main deck also continues along the entire oceanfront side.
* Linens, towels, blankets are provided.
* The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, etc.
* Large swimming pool in development.
* Full-time security guards.
* Dock for swimming, snorkeling, shore diving, or relaxing in a hammock.
* Island tour and service information from rental manager.
Available through rental manager for an additional fee:
* Bottled water
* Maid service
* Laundry service
* Phone, fax, and email
* Foldable baby bed for 2 years and under; advance notice is needed. |

Rate details
A 16% Honduras hotel tax will be added and collected by the Roatan rental manager.
Rate Includes:
* Roatan airport or ferry transfers
* One 5-gallon bottled water

Reservation and Payment Policy
* 50% of rental plus a $200 security deposit is required to reserve the cabana.
o A personal check for the deposit can be sent to Larry Duke, 13704 Long Cove Pl., Midlothian, Va., 23112-2451.
o For payment by wire transfer (preferred from outside the US) we will provide the information required to wire the deposit.
* Full refunds, less a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations made 4 or more weeks prior to arrival.
* 50% refunds for cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
* Extended rentals are negotiable.
* Remaining balance is due in cash or U.S. Travelers Checks upon arrival, collected by the Roatan rental manager. |
