It overlooks the shimmering turquoise blue Atlantic Ocean on the windward side of St. Kitts, and the flawlessly manicured back nine, of the new Royal St. Kitts Golf Course below, with spectacular views of Frigate Bay, and the Southeast Peninsula.
From the front balcony you'll command magnificent views of Antigua, St. Barts, and Nevis. From the rear, is an unobstructed view of the low lying hills covered with waves of grass, dancing in the soft breeze.
Half Moon Villa is a new ocean view home overlooking beautiful Half Moon Bay and the newly redesigned Royal St. Kitts Golf Course, in the heart of the Eastern Caribbean.
With all conveniences of home? a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, a dining room and living room with the conveniences of phone, cable TV, VCR, CD stereo, and ceiling fans in every room.
NOTE: WE NOW HAVE A COMBINATION DVD/VCR PLAYER , SO BRING YOUR FAVORITE DVD'S FROM HOME .
Half Moon Villa has three large bedrooms, each with attached private bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature queen size beds while the third has two twin size beds.

Rate details
April 16 - December 15 $1,200 per week + 5% service charge.
December 16 - April 15 $1,600 per week + 5% service charge.
Rates are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. Maximum occupancy is 6 people and minimum stay is 7 nights.
In consideration of others, smoking is limited to outside the villa.
Reservations are held 7 days pending receipt of the deposit. A deposit of 50% of the total tariff if required at the time of reservation. The balance is due in full, no less than 30 days prior to stay. We gladly accept personal checks and money orders.
Deposit is refundable, less 20% service charge, for cancellations received no later than 30 days prior to scheduled stay. On shorter notice, we will refund the deposit, less 20% service charge, only if we are able to re-book the scheduled time.
