Description
You are going to LOVE Vieques! And our location is fantastic: we are 1? blocks from the beach! We are 1? blocks from the Male?on (boardwalk along the ocean with shops, museums, bars, restaurants and snorkeling rentals.) Walk to all the fun and action in minutes! You can sign up for our famous Bioluminescent Bay Trip right on the Male?on! We are at 14 Hucar Street, in Esperanza (which we like to call the ?beach town? because you can walk to several beaches easily, including Sun Bay which is the largest and most popular)
You don?t really need to rent a car if you stay at Alas del Coco Loco. Right on the corner you?ll find a small grocery store, bakery and a pizza shop. Walk ? block more and there?s a Chicken Take Out Restaurant. Taxis and buses are plentiful and inexpensive, if you want to leave Esperanza. For longer stays, it?s fun to rent a car and explore all the unique and hidden beaches!
We are on a safe, quiet street. We recently remodeled. The apartments have a lovely balcony with hammocks, tables and chairs. The kitchen has: stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots, everything! There?s a cozy living room and even a balcony in the back with a washer and clothesline! We have a cistern, so Alas del Coco Loco never runs out of water!
