$1050.00 weekly (1-4 persons)
December 15 - April 14
(High Season)
$1400.00 (1-4 persons)
Extra day rates upon request. Reduced rates for stays longer than two weeks. Rates include transportation to/from airport with our driver, Smalley. Also includes housekeeping. Luciana, our housekeeper, will also cook for you, if you wish for an extra fee.
50% Deposit Required within 10 days of making a reservation; balance due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellation Policy:
All monies are refunded for any reservation cancelled at least 30 days in advance of departure. After that time, monies are refunded if another reservation is secured to fill the time; or another time is offered.
