Description
Bananaquit House, named after a local bird, nests on a hillside with unparallelled views of the famous Gros and Petit Piton mountains.
Fanned by the Caribbean sea breeze, the house comes with a pool and luxurious accommodation.
Along with the living area, the white dining room stretches uninterrupted from the pool terrace for the whole length of the house.
The table comfortably seats eight and the floor has louvered doors offering views over the garden to the sea and mountains.

Amenities |
There are five main bedrooms which can sleep eleven comfortably.
Three are ensuite double bedrooms, with fans and mosquito nets.
One is a children's room with single bed plus bunks.
The last is a play area with two day beds (and there is also the single room on the lower level)
The house is fully furnished and equipped and maintained by staff.
It also has its own car and boat, that are available to guests.
Tennis, mountain-biking, massages and hiking can be arranged nearby.
Special attention has been made to accommodate children, with books, toys and games available.
The house has three full-time staff: a cook, a housekeeper and a gardener/handyman.
They arrive about 8.30am and do not work at weekends, but can do by prior agreement at weekend rates.
If needed, a babysitter can also be arranged.
Bananaquit House has a 4X4 Toyota Landcruiser for shopping trips with our driver Paul, or for pre-arranged airport pick-ups.
It is recommended that guests hire cars. There are numerous hire-car companies in St Lucia and many guests use 'Cool Breeze' who have a good selection and can deliver the hire car to the house.

Bananaquit House title
Bananaquit House's twin-engined Aquasport motor boat is managed by Charles Richards at Mystic Man Tours and guests using it must be accompanied by one of Charles' professional boatmen.
Daily rates vary depending on whether you plan a fishing, skiing, whale-watching or recreational trip.
On the house's doorstep is an outstanding tennis court, carved into the hillside.
This can be booked by the hour seasonally at very competitive rates.
Please bring own rackets and plenty of balls, which are easily lost in the rugged terrain.
