This Luxury Oceanfront Beach Home is spectacular with an unrivaled view of the Caribbean Sea and Barrier Reef. With two bedrooms, 2 baths, it is very spacious and has many quality features such as large picture windows in the living room and dining area, tiled floors throughout, mahogany wood and custom cabinetry. The kitchen is a chef?s delight featuring all modern conveniences including a dishwasher. The master bedroom is large with a king size bed and private bath. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, a large separate shower, and "his and hers" sinks. The living area is very comfortable with plenty of room to relax. The second bedroom has a double and two single beds. The central air conditioning keeps the entire space cool or keep the windows open to let some of the fresh air blow through. There are ceiling fans throughout. Spend your lazy days or evenings sitting on the veranda reading a book or enjoying the view. The upstairs roof terrace is perfect for sunbathing or star gazing in the evenings. |

Four Guests - $225 US per night
HIGH SEASON

Two Guests - $215 US per night
Four Guests - $265 US per night
PEAK SEASON
December 18th - January 3rd
Two Guests - $250 US per night
Four Guests - $300 US per night
Three night minimum stay requirement
Any additional guest is $25 US per person/per night
# Payment options: Personal U.S. checks, money order, wire transfer or Visa/MasterCard.
# Rates do not include 9% hotel tax.
# Deposit of 20% plus $250 U.S. security deposit due when confirming reservation.
# Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
# Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival date are 50% refundable, within 30 days non-refundable.
# Check-in 3:00 PM/Check out 11 AM
# Maid service available upon request.
# Tenants are responsible for leaving properties as found and for any damages beyond normal use.
# Tenants agree to pay for damaged caused.
# Owners are not responsible for articles left on the premises.
# No pets are allowed.
# Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Please shut off air conditioners when leaving the premises. |
