Description
Karstine's House is a private home located on the beach 3 1/2 miles south of San Pedro Town in a beautiful quiet area and a fantastic view of the sea.
This home is totally private with no homes on either side. Perfect for a couple, group of friends or family with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, dining area, livingroom, cable TV, telephone, ceiling fans throughout, veranda with a view of the sea and a pier where you may swim and snorkel. There are 2 queen-size beds and in the third bedroom 2 sets of bunkbeds which can sleep a total of 8 guests.
There is easy access to and from town either by golf cart, taxi or bicycle. Any tours you decide to take the boat will pick you up at the end of the pier. This home is very comfortable and spacious |

High Season (Nov 16-Jun 15) .. $165/night.
Low Season (Jun 16-Nov 14) .. $150/night.
* Rates based on 1-2 guests, please add $20/night per additional guests.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
* 20% deposit required when making reservations.
* Balance of total payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
* Full refund minus $100 cancellation fee for cancellations 60 days prior to arrival date.
* 50% refund for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date.
* No refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
We accept MasterCard/Visa, Travelers Cheques, or Personal Checks. Maid service is available uopn request. |
