Description
Casa Redonda Villa is a luxury 8 bedroom, five bath home located on the beach adjacent to hol Chan Marine Reserve with a gorgeous view of the Caribbean Sea and Barrier Reef. This private home has two floors. The main villa has 4 bedrooms and is 4300 square feet plus a veranda which is 1800 square feet.
We can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably on this level. On the beach level there are 4 more bedrooms each with a view of the sea. This floor is fully equipped with another livingroom, dining area, full kitchen, patio and view of the pool.
Casa Redonda is a round house with sliding glass doors and large picture windows in each room which creates a lovely cross breeze. There are ceiling fans throughout and the ceilings are made of beautiful hardwoods of Belize (mahogany, rosewood, serra cote, and Santa Maria). The bedrooms haver air conditioning.
The veranda has a panoramic view of the sea and the outside living space includes a breakfast area under a palapa. On the south side is a bar under a palapa and a seating area finished with handmade Mexican tile. There is a gas barbecue grill, lounge chairs, and a swing where you can sunbathe or relax under the stars in the evening. In the center of the veranda is a large dining table with inlayed marble that can seat ten guests. Located on the south back side is a Jacuzzi under a palapa for privacy and relaxation. |

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
* 20% deposit required when making reservations.
* Balance of total payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
* Full refund minus $100 cancellation fee for cancellations 60 days prior to arrival date.
* 50% refund for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date.
* No refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
