This luxury, vacation home at Casa Redonda Suite can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably and is right in front of the breathtaking turquoise sea. The rental includes four bedrooms all with queen-size beds, large picture windows that have a fantastic oceanfront view, large living room with a panoramic view of the sea, dining area, full kitchen, two baths, ceiling fans throughout, air conditioning, entertainment center with cable TV, CD player, DVD player, telephone, outdoor patio with lounge chairs, outdoor dining under a palapa, BBQ, pier where you can swim, snorkel, fish, sunbathe, or relax in the hammocks under the palapa, and we are adding a pool this October. Photo's of the pool will be available in October.
For larger groups we also have Casa Redondo Villa. This luxury home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Between the suite and the villa we can accommodate up to 16 guests. There is easy access to and from town either by bicycle (we have 4 complimentary bicycles), golf cart, or taxi. |

DAILY LOW SEASON RATES
16th June to 14th November
1-2 guest per night $270.00 U.S.
$25.00 U.S. per night/per person for additional guest.
DAILY HIGH SEASON RATES
15th November to 15th June
1-2 guest per night $280.00 U.S.
PEAK SEASON RATES
19th December to 3rd January
1-2 guest per night $300.00 U.S.
$25.00 U.S. per night/per person for additional guest.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
* 20% deposit required when making reservations.
* Balance of total payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
* Full refund minus $100 cancellation fee for cancellations 60 days prior to arrival date.
* 50% refund for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date.
* No refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
We accept MasterCard/Visa, Travelers Cheques, or Personal Checks. Maid service is available uopn request. |
