Description
Casa Carnival is a luxurious, private beachfront home available for daily, weekly or monthly vacation rental and is located on Roatan's most breathtaking beach, West Bay Beach.
As spectacular as West Bay is for a beach, CASA CARNIVAL is it's equal in the category of homes. Totally unlike any other, this beautiful oceanfront property offers an extensive list of features, not the least of which is the breathtaking views! Imagine stepping out the front door and submerging into lush landscaping adorned with the island's exotic foliage! And it is not uncommon to see humming birds whizzing about looking for their next meal or to encounter the darling, tiny island lizards darting in and out of their hiding spaces! Once you've emerged from the enchanting, white iron gates, you'll sink your toes into the cool soft sand and find yourself standing in paradise. With the beach's tallest palm tree right in front of the house, you'll truly be at a West Bay landmark!
At your disposal, you'll have floating chairs, rafts (and even a floating bar/cooler) to bob about in the ocean.....and with an average temperature of 80 degrees, it will be hard to resist. Also available for your use are beach loungers, sporty kayaks, horse shoes, volleyball and more!
Now, not to be out done by the beauty outdoors, the home's interior is generously appointed for both luxury and fun! With a large open floor plan, this 2000 sqft newer home features dramatic vaulted ceilings and tile flooring throughout, contemporary decor and spacious room sizes. The multitude of ceiling fans are enough to keep most guests comfortable, but for you die-hard creatures of comfort, we do offer A/C at an additional charge.

Despite the stiff competition, one of the home's best assets has to be "Island Bob", our friendly Canadian caretaker who occupies the apartment below the house. Whether you choose to have him involved just a little or a lot, he can be helpful in providing useful island information. Bob can also provide you with onsite access to email and phone use in cases of emergency. He routinely receives high praise (and tips!) from our guests.

* As with any island vacation, bring plenty of sunscreen and plenty of bug spray!

The exchange rate as of 1/27/01 is 15.4 limpera to the US dollar. Should you choose to stay with us we will gladly provide you with additional guidance and a list of suggested items to pack. |

DEPOSITS:
$250 refundable deposit required 30 days prior to departure

EXTRA FEES AND SERVICES
* A/C $12.00 per day per unit*
* For "extended stay" guests (2 weeks +): Weekly maid service included in addition to use of onsite laundry facility
* Additional maid services available for $20.00 per job
* Airport transfer $30.00 per trip - regardless of passenger number
* Laundry $10 per load
* E-mail and satilite phone use $2 per minute
*We do apologize for the expense, however our local utility company has exorbitant rates and we must pass the cost along.
