Villa Leone is located in one of the quietest, most romantic spots in all of St. Maarten; Guana Bay. It is so close to the ocean that the waves provide a constant symphony to lull you to sleep every night.
It is no problem awaking early every day because of the spectacular sunrise that will greet you every morning through the two glass sliders overlooking the oceanfront deck.
If busy tourist areas and crowds are what you are looking for, Villa Leone is not the place for you. It is located in a very exclusive residential area of St. Maarten that is only five minutes away from downtown Philipsburg.
