Description
Our romantic villa is ideally located on one of the most beautiful and private beaches on the whole North Coast. Included with the rental is internet access, ocean-front infinity pool and full air-conditioning.
If you enjoy golf, there is a world class golf course only 45 minutes away at Playa Grande.
Surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing are the specialty in Cabarete. It is one of the top ten best places in the world for these sports!
If your interests are a bit more low energy, beach strolling, dining and bar hopping are also readily available as activities in Cabarete.
In the evening, the beachfront in Cabarete becomes the focal point of all activity. You can sit at a table with your bare feet in the sand on the beach as you have cocktails and dinner.

PRICING PER PERSON FOR FIRST 2 PEOPLE
Jan 15 - April 15 $99/day, each additional person $25/day, kids under 12 $10/day
April 16 - May 27 $89/day, each additional person $20/day, kids under 12 $10/day
May 22 - Sept 2 $99/day, each additional person $25/day, kids under 12 $10/day
Sept 3 - Dec 16 $89/day, each additional person $20/day, kids under 12 $10/day
Dec 17 - Jan 13 $110/day, each additional person $35/day, kids under 12 $10/day
Monthly Rentals $6,000 - $7,500; up to 8 people
Rates in US Dollars Per Person, based on double occupancy, 4 day minimum stay.
From December 17th through January 14th, the minimum stay is 12 nights.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
Villa Rental Terms:
Please specify the number of people in your party at the time of booking.
A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF US$500 is payable to confirm the booking. The balance is
to be paid 90 days or more before arrival
Cancellation charges are as follows:
10% of total if cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to arrival
50% of total if cancellation is made between 60 and 90 days prior to arrival
100% of total if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival
Phone expenses are NOT included in the rent. |
