Description
Accommodation discription are for each unit.
The Brac is not for everyone, it's just "TOO" quiet for some. There are NO jet skis, parasailing, fastfood restaurants, movie theaters, or over priced gift shops that cater to the cruise ships ( because cruise ships DO NOT stop here). Oh, there is lots of adventure, it is just the natural kind.
There is the Caribbean Sea... 65 feet from our porch... Runs in the low to mid 80s... Crystal clear... Full of fish to see or catch. World-class diving and snorkeling... Less than 100 feet from shore is a pristine reef six to eight feet deep... Perfect for kids to snorkel! Nature trails to hike... Caves to explore... Beaches to comb... Hammocks and beach chairs for doing nothing!
Our villa is situated on a secluded beach with no beachfront neighbors. On most days you would not see even a beachcomber. The master bedroom has large, sliding-glass doors that open to a porch that fronts the sea and reef. Every morning you wake up to a spectacular view, the porch is the perfect place for your first cup of coffee. This is relaxation at its best. We like to say it is stress management through hammock therapy!
If you must stay in touch with the outside world, just bring your lap top because we have a first-class fiberoptics phone connection. Even though you feel secluded... You are only a few minutes from lots of things to do!
All this said, it is the people of the Brac that we most appreciate. They are warm and friendly. Proud of the lifestyle they have and intend to keep it that way... They say "crime is NOT allowed here." |

Rate details
RATES PER UNIT:
2 Adults: $200/night .. $1275/7 nights - Add a night $175. Plus tax.
4 Adults: $265/night .. $1675/7 nights - Add a night $235. Plus tax.
Additional adults over 4 is $175/7 nights - Add a night $30. Plus tax.
Add 10% for Government room tax.
Children under 16 belonging to booking adults are FREE.
15% DISCOUNT June thru September.
If you need to cancel prior to 45 days of arrival a fee of 30% of the DEPOSIT will be charged, 30 to 44 days prior a fee of 100% of the DEPOSIT will be charged. 8 to 29 days prior to arrival there is a 50% charge of the RENTAL FEE and 7 days or less there is NO refund.
