Description
Horizons was built with the vacationer in mind. This well-equipped home features 900 square feet of outside decks from which one can enjoy the fabulous tradewinds, views, and hear the lapping of the waves. Close by are national park beaches, beautiful reefs, hiking trails, scuba diving and day-sailing boats, snorkeling, great fishing and boating, and excellent restaurants. Horizons is a great place for a honeymoon!

Rate details
erms and Conditions: Horizons Cottage has a maximum occupancy of 4 persons; the maximum for Captain's Cabin is 2. When both cottages are rented together, the maximum occupancy is 6 persons, regardless of age. Pets are permitted only by written agreement prior to renting and are subject to a surcharge and damage deposit fee. Rental periods are based on a daily rate. Occupancy begins on your arrival day at 3:00 p.m. local time and ends at 10:00 a.m., local time on the contracted check-out date. Horizons and Captain's Cottage have been carefully designed and equipped to provide guests with a maximum of comfort and convenience. A cleaning fee is included in the rental fee structure and is non-negotiable. A rental contract must be executed before occupancy occurs. All rental requests are reviewed on a first-come, first served basis. Owner reserves the right to refuse any request and all such decisions are final.
Rental Rates, Horizons Cottage/Both Cottages:
High season: December 16-May 15 - 2 persons, US$1600.00/week; 4 persons, US$1900.00/week; 6 persons (both cottages), US$3000.00/week
Low season: May 16-December 15 - 2 persons, US$1300.00/week; 4 persons, US$1600.00/week; 6 persons (both cottages), US$2500.00/week
Christmas Week: December 24-January 1 - 2 persons, US$1700.00/week; 4 persons, US$2000.00/week; 6 persons (both cottages), US$3100.00/week
Deposit: A deposit of 50% of total rental fee is due with reservation. The balance and a security deposit are due 60 days before occupancy. Return renters no longer pay a security deposit!
Cancellation and refunds: The deposit is refundable upon cancellation no less than 2 weeks (14 days) before rental period begins and only if the house can be and is re-rented for the same time period. A 20% cancellation/service charge is deducted to cover re-renting costs and is not negotiable. Later cancellations will result in a substantial reduction of the amount refunded unless a rental can be secured for the entire period being cancelled at no loss in |
