Description
This alluring home is located in St. John's popular, upscale Great Cruz Bay area. The main house features a bright, airy ambiance in the living and dining area--tile floors, skylight, ceiling fans, white cushioned rattan furnishings. Enjoy fabulous views in three directions, the large swimming pool, and the best breezes on the Island.
Make use of the fully equipped kitchen, the second mini-kitchen on the pool deck, and the gas barbecue grill for your meals at home or take a short walk to the Westin Hotel where you are welcome to enjoy the restaurant facilities as well as the beach.
The two bedrooms in the main house are furnished with king-sized beds (one can be converted into twins) and full baths and open onto their own private decks. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. The fully equipped master bath is done in native island stone and features a double shower that looks out to the sunset view.
The cottage, located on the pool deck level, has two bedrooms with baths (one with a bathtub). Music can be heard anytime... anywhere--with Bose speakers also mounted on the pool deck. Cottage bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds (one bedroom is air-conditioned). Both bedrooms have sliding doors for immediate access to the deck. (All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and have cross-ventilation. Owners and their guests have never found the need to use air-conditioning.)
Every bedroom has immediate access to wraparound decks that afford views in three directions: Sunset view over St. Thomas, sailboats in Great Cruz Bay, and Chocolate Hole. Short stroll to beach, sports, restaurants, and exercise facilities (including tennis) |
