Description
If you want to be close to the waterfront, galleries, restaurants, bars, music, and other conveniences of Cruz Bay AND be on the National Park, AND within a short hike to North Shore beaches, this is the place for you.
Our House sits just over a mile outside Cruz Bay high up on the ridge between Caneel and Margaret Hills adjacent to National Park land. The location offers expansive southerly views of the ocean right out to St. Croix. Our ridgetop home also affords peeks of the North Shore through National Park land. Adjacent to our back yard is the Caneel Trail, which drops down to white sand beaches on the North Shore in a less than one-hour, and drops down to the town of Cruz Bay with a half-hour hike in the other direction. You will also find a bus stop into Cruz Bay at the end of the road leading to our driveway (two-minute walk from the house). Although a rental car is not necessary, we highly recommend you rent a vehicle to explore the rest of our very biologically diverse island.
The two-bedroom house comes with a private brick patio that encloses a swimming pool, barbecue, and a wonderful place to idle away from it all. Expansive front porches look out over the west end of the island and offer expansive views of the ocean. The house was built in 2005 and everything is brand new: queen size mattresses, all major appliances, and etc. Please visit our website for more pictures and information. |
