Sunlit days and star filled nights await you at this luxurious, yet affordable, oceanfront villa with pool.
Our oceanfront villa with pool offers spectacular views and tranquil surroundings. Understated, elegant furnishings and carefully chosen amenities will allow you to enjoy paradise, with all the comforts and conveniences of a home away from home!
We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in the main house, and up to 10 guests with the recent renovation of the attached private cottage. Inside, you will find tasteful and comfortable living accommodations. A feeling of casual elegance is carried throughout Three Palms Villa. All rooms are decorated with soft toned fabrics and decor with a Caribbean flair. We hope you'll feel right at home and invite you to kick your feet up on the couch and enjoy the picturesque views of Hans Lollick Island and the British Virgin Islands.
Outside, you will find plenty of spots to curl up with a good book or cocktail, and idle the day away. We have an expansive sun deck that is tempered by the balmy ocean breezes and plenty of umbrellas. As another option, sink into our hammock built for two and take a nap under our shady tropical setting. Our 4 foot deep plunge pool, built around a massive boulder on the cliff, offers the perfect way to relax in the water and cool off.
Location:
Peterborg Point is centrally located within St. Thomas, which is 3 miles wide and 13 miles long. The airport is located on the southern shore and it is approximately a 15 minute drive, up and over Mafolie Hill, then out to the villa along the point. We are surrounded on one side by Magen's Bay, renowned as one of the top 10 beaches in the world, and the Atlantic Ocean on the other side. Magens Bay Beach is a short 5 minute drive from the villa. Three Palms Villa faces the Atlantic side and offers spectacular views out through Sir Francis Drake Channel and the British Virgin Islands. On the point, we are located within a gated community known as Red Rock. There are approximately 20 homes within our community, all nicely appointed on large lots, providing for the utmost feeling of privacy. |
