Description Watch beautiful sun and moon rises from peaceful Moonpath, our vacation home in Saint Thomas. Moonpath is a simple, comfortable, recently renovated home of approximately 2000 square feet, plus ample deck and patio space. Enjoy fabulous nearby pools and beaches, and endless watersports, all within a ten-minute drive. A romantic getaway nest for up to three couples, Moonpath is also perfect for one or two families. The house is divided into two connected units, each with a kitchen, bedroom(s), bath, and living room. Three bedrooms have queen-size beds, and there are four queen-size futon beds spread between the two living rooms - the house easily sleeps ten people. At night you are lulled to sleep by chirping insects and birds from the surrounding jungle, and the constant breeze off the sea provides all the air conditioning you need! Amenities  Phone, Cable TV, VCR, CD Player, 2 Full Kitchens, Microwave, Dishwasher, 2 Refrigerators, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer, Dryer, No Smoking. Close to Red Hook ferries to St. John. As part of our service, you will be met at the airport and guided to the house. You will need your own rental car. Activities and Attractions Golf, Tennis, Fishing, Restaurants, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Waterskiing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling Minimum weekly rental rate:    1500.00 Rate details     Weekly Rates are normally from Sat-to-Sat, though we can try to be flexible. On Season .. Dec 01-May 01 .. $2200/week; Additional Nights .. $350/night. Off Season .. May 02-Nov 30 .. $1500/week; Additional Nights .. $225/night. A Deposit of $1000 is required to hold the rental; this is Non-Refundable unless we are able to re-book the date. The remainder of the rental fee is due 30 days before the rental date.
