Besides being in a beautiful, tranquil setting, Villa Soleil is also convenient to all the various St. Croix vacation diversions. It is situated in the exclusive, gated community of Judith's Fancy, locally known as the "Beverly Hills of St. Croix", on the picturesque north shore, about mid-way from either end of the island. As it takes about 2 hours to drive from one end of St. Croix to the other, this can be a tremendous advantage. (More about the location here)
Not only does the house have an unbeatable location, it is also spacious, newly redecorated, and has lots of little extra amenities to make your Caribbean vacation easier. With ten large rooms in the house and the 2200 square foot deck and pool area, there is always a quiet spot available, even when the house is accommodating it's maximum of fourteen people. Couples appreciate the solitude and romantic atmosphere.
Villa Soleil has new paint, bed linens, towels, electronics, and furniture. The kitchen is so well stocked you can cook Thanksgiving dinner for all fourteen people as well. (How do we know? We've done it!). Then, there are all the little extras like a baby crib and high chair for those who need it, beach towels and chairs, scented candles, coolers and even insulated drink holders.
While some villa owners only rent their houses for the few months they are not living there themselves, renting Villa Soleil is our business. Therefore, your satisfaction is very important to us.
