Moonshadow, with its dramatic oceanfront position, offers you spectacular vistas of brilliant turquoise seas from several inviting vantage points.
Sit on your deck on the other side of the house and see pale turquoise waters gently lapping the white sandy beach at nearby Taylor Bay, with the vivid colorful waters of Chalk Sound visible in the distance.
From poolside, see the ocean meeting the white sands of Sapodilla Bay as you watch luxury sailboats and yachts approach a peaceful anchorage while distant commercial ships make their way to the harbor at South Dock. Enjoy these views from any of the open decks, covered decks or in the hammock.
Villa Moonshadow offers beautiful views of the sea from almost everywhere on the property.
Relax on the sun deck with direct access to the crystal clear, warm sea.
Villa Moonshadow also has a spacious dining room, so you can comfortably dine inside or outside.
The interior of this villa is open and spacious with cathedral beamed ceilings in each room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, self-cleaning oven and more.
Additionally, Moonshadow has cable TV, stereo for CD's and cassettes, washer and dryer, as well as other amenities.
Moonshadow has four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, plus an additional small room with a single twin bed and a crib that can accommodate a nanny or a child.
Note: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which there is a charge of 28 cents per kilowatt hour. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter so you may monitor AC usage if you wish.
The villa gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment. |

Villa rates are per week (7 nights) for the entire villa.
NOTE: The Turks and Caicos government requires that a 10% tax be paid on all villa rentals and this cost must be added to your final payment.
