A beautiful villa in an absolutely unique location
Located at the tip of the quiet, western, residential end of Grace Bay Beach this beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa offers comfortable accomodation and fantastic snorkeling right outside your door.
Turtle Beach Villa is built almost at the waters edge and fronting twelve miles of magnificent, white, sandy beach.
Although you couldn't be closer to the beach and ocean, Turtle Beach Villa has an imaginative pool and spacious decks for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Enjoy spectacular views and colorful sunsets right from your private deck or from your pool.
Turtle Beach Villa has beautifully landscaped gardens filled with colorful tropical plants and palm trees.
We could have built a path to the beach, but we thought nature had already done a pretty good job.
It's entirely up to you whether you dine on the deck outside or in the spacious dining room inside.
Even in the dining room you can enjoy the fresh air through the large patio doors, which open fully. However, once you pull away from this idyllic setting, you will find six restaurants all within easy walking distance, as well as various marina activities offering fishing, diving, tours and limited shopping.
Turtle Beach Villa has a large, fully equipped kitchen. A gas-fired Barbecue grill is also on the deck for your enjoyment.
Although most people spend the majority of their time outside, Turtle Beach Villa does have a spacious living room and provides you with a high speed internet connection at no charge, as well as 33 channel cable TV, a DVD and VCR.
The upper level master bedroom has a spectacular view of the pool and sea.
Each of the five bedrooms has 33 channel cable TV, as well as a private outside entrance for added privacy. Note: This could be a drawback if there are young children in your party since the bedrooms do not open onto the interior of the villa. The four beach level bedrooms have a lesser garden view. Of course, each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Each of the bathrooms has a hair dryer and each bedroom has optional air conditioning, which is metered via an easy to read digital meter.
The A/C is metered to discourage use with the doors and windows open, and not costly if used sensibly. Additionally there is no charge for the first $150 of use per week. Use beyond that is charged at 28 cents per kilowatt hour.
The combination of three king and two twin bedrooms should provide sufficient flexibility for any party.
Note: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which there is a charge of 28 cents per kilowatt hour. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. There is air conditioning in each of the bedrooms.
The villa gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment. |
