Description
Large luxury beach front villa on pristine, secluded white sand beach in the Providenciales, Turks and Caicos set in 2 1/4 acres of grounds with a circular driveway to the front.
This beautiful home has 3 double bedrooms with king size beds (2 with four poster beds) and double pull out sofa bed in the extensive sized catherdral ceiling lounge.
The house has a near 360 degree balcony overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Ocean. Large deck for entertaining, boarded walkway to the beach, landing stage for morring boats, plus two gazebos that are ideal for relaxing or dining in the moonlight in.
Maid Service will clean the house at the end of your stay and extra service can be arranged if required.
Caribbaway is located in the prestigious Long Bay Beach area, near the Provo Golf Course, Grace Bay, and other facilities such as tennis, water sports and shops. Perfect scuba diving area (classed as one of the top ten destinations in the world).
Guests will in addition to having exclusive use of the house and transfer to and from the airport will have optional free of cost use Jeep to get around and explore the island (only need to pay to for the gas).

Inside, the Provo house rental has air conditioning, ceiling fans, fax machine, satellite TV with HBO, baby cot, mountain bikes, CD stereo, DVD player, beach games, internet access, telephone in all rooms, 3 bedrooms with king size beds (2 of which are 4 poster) and a double pull out sofa in the extensive sized cathedral ceiling lounge. In addition the house has 3 private bathrooms each with shower and wash facilities and full household and kitchen amenities including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker and BBQ. The Providenciales rental home will sleep from 1-8 people.

House rates are as follows (all rates are for exclusive use of the the whole house and not per person):

WINTER SALE - BOOK BY DECEMBER 31st JAN 2006 TO SECURE SALE PRICES.
Rates:
3rd January - 25th January, $2790 (US) PER WEEK (NORMALLY $3500 PER WEEK) (if book in Sale Period)
25th January - 24th December $2990 (US) PER WEEK (NORMALLY $3500 PER WEEK) (if book in Sale Period)
CHRISTMAS PERIOD - 24th Dec - 3rd Jan, $565 per night /$4500 per week (US).
Minimum Stay is 5 nights
A 50% of the total, non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
If desired, guests may use the Jeep Cherokee at the house free of charge (just need to pay for gas) (includes 3rd Party Insurance - drivers over 25 years old only). |
