Description This enchanting West Indian beach front villa is situated on a private, exclusive area and is one of fours homes on a mile long half-moon white powder sand beach. It is tranquil and peaceful. You can wade out over 100 yards in the crystal clear shallow waters of Sunset Bay, which is ideal for adults and children and there is great snorkeling there as well. You can also rent kayaks, a boat or zodiac and anchor it at your beach front. This quintescential beach house was built in 1995 and features air conditioning and 3 bedrooms: including a master bedroom suite with huge enclosed garden shower, and a second bedroom with private sunning balcony. There are two baths, 2 outdoor showers, a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. The screened-in Great Room overlooks the turqoise waters of the Caribbean and has spectacular sunsets. A freshwater pool is surrounded by a spacious paito with an outdoor shower among flowering plants. There are two private tennis courts within walking distance.
