Bella Sur Mer is a recently renovated four bedroom, four bath villa located on the west end of Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales. You couldn't want for a better location!
* The villa sits just 100 feet from the beautiful silky white sands of Grace Bay Beach.
* Swim just a few strokes to some of the best snorkeling in Providenciales.
* Walk five minutes over the bridge to beautiful Turtle Cove Marina, where you can find fishing, scuba diving and 6 restaurants offering casual or upscale dining. You can choose to sit with a view of the bay or of the Marina.
* Smith's Reef is a ten minute walk or two minute ride. The reef is one of the premiere snorkeling areas of Provo. The reef features an underwater snorkeling trail established by the National Parks system, with help to identify the coral and sea life.

Bella Sur Mer has its own built in swimming pool, pool deck and gazebo, which have become a very popular place for all its guests. This whole structure located between the villa and Grace Bay is elevated to provide spectular views of the turquoise waters and the sweeping views of Grace Bay Beach. There is also an 8x8-shallow area that flows into the main pool.
The 2800 sq. ft. villa is decorated in an eclectic Caribbean style. The colorful hues of the walls and furnishings reflect the festive, warm and welcoming mood of the villa.
Rooms With A View
On the main floor you will find a large living room and sun room, a dining room that accommodates 8 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and breakfast bar. All of these rooms have great views of the pool and the water.
There are also two en-suite bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, on the main level. Air conditioning units are located in all bedrooms, if needed.
First Floor
Downstairs you will find a small kitchen area as well as two more bedrooms and two more full baths. These rooms all have lovely views of the gardens. This level features a large native stone patio and the pathway, which winds through the garden to the ocean.

Non-refundable deposit of 50% required at time of booking.
Effective January 1, 2005 a 10% government tax applies to all villas. This used to be only on hotels. Please note this will be added on to your costs. |
