Description
Ocean Pearl is a high-end luxury villa situated on the island of Providenciales in a new development called Leeward Estates. This new property is situated directly on the ocean with stunning panoramic views from every vantage point
Ocean Pearl Villa features three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, infinity pool, Viking built in BBQ, whole house air conditioning, Plasma TV, DVD and Play Station and much more.
The interior of Ocean Pearl Villa is elegant and upscale. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and comes complete with every modern convenience from a Viking gas range to a large Viking professional refrigerator
The indoor dining room which is conveniently located to the kitchen, living room and pool deck features panoramic ocean views.
The living room area is beautifully appointed and features a vaulted ceiling and three glass doors that open up to the pool, patio and the breathtaking views beyond. The living room features a wet bar, wine cooler, wide screen plasma TV, surround sound stereo system, DVD and PlayStation.
In addition there is a wide selection of books, CD?s and games.
The master bedroom has spectacular views of Providenciales waterfront through French doors facing the pool and patio. This bedroom features a king size bed, TV and DVD. It also features a walk in shower and spa bath. Guest bedroom 1 also features an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to a king . Guest Bedroom 2 also features an ensuite bathroom and queen size bed. Both guest bedrooms bedroom have panoramic views and access to the pool and patio via French doors.
The pool and patio are nestled along side 134 feet of Providenciales ocean frontage. The large travertine marble pool deck provides plenty of room for outdoor dining. A Viking stainless steel gas BBQ grill is provided for outdoor cooking and provides a cozy gathering place for nighttime dining or socializing.
This Providenciales rental villa is one of the few properties on island with whole house air conditioning. The air conditioning is metered and charged back to the guest as cost. |
