Five Little Cays House is not only cooled by the island?s almost constant Atlantic trade winds, as well as its 15 ceiling fans (there is at least one in every room, including all five bathrooms), but, for those warmer days, guests can utilize the villa's 120,000 BTU, individually zoned central air-conditioning system. There are discreet, remote-controlled units in every room, which allow guests to monitor their own temperature levels throughout Five Little Cays House.
There is a surround-sound stereo system in the Living, Dining, and Kitchen areas, as well as on the Pool/Patio Area. The villa offers a full selection of entertainment equipment: Satellite TV, VCR, DVD, and CD players, and a generous selection of VHS tapes, DVDs, CDs, and books from which to choose. The villa also has telephones for local use, with the ability to make long distance/international calls using a credit card.
Five Little Cays House?s Dining Area has a dark-wood West Indies-style table that seats eight, with French doors overlooking the pool, the Caribbean Sea, and Five Little Cays. The Dining Area is adjacent to a spacious Kitchen, which also has a view overlooking the pool, the Caribbean Sea, and Five Little Cays, and comes fully equipped with service for eight, as well as all the usual amenities (including conventional and microwave/convection ovens, a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, coffee maker, blender, etc.). 2006-2007 Rates
Prices per week for the 2006-2007 season range from $5,033-$6,797 in high season (American Thanksgiving Week 2005 through April 30, 2007) to $4,193-$5,593 in low season (May 1, 2006 through the week before American Thanksgiving 2006). Prices are dependent on occupancy (which must be determined in advance), up to a maximum of 8 persons.
The above prices include discounted rates for 2, 4 or 6 persons ($599, $699, and $749 per night in the low season, and $719, $749, and $819 per night in the high season, respectively). Full occupancy (8 persons) is $799 per night in the low season and $971 per night in the high season.
The two-week period of Christmas/New Year's 2006/2007 (rented as a block) is available for $9,093 per week ($1,299 per night).
Note: There will be a 10% government accommodation tax added to all rentals at Five Little Cays House. This tax is mandatory, and will be remitted to the TCI government at no benefit to Five Little Cays House. On June 1, 2004, the Turks & Caicos government imposed the above-mentioned 10% private villa rental accommodation tax, which affects every villa rental in the TCI. This tax is identical to the 10% tax imposed by all TCI resorts and hotels (although, at Five Little Cays House, we do not charge the additional 10% service charge imposed at all resorts and hotels). Five Little Cays House benefits in no way from the collection of this tax.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival. Prices and dates quoted in writing are guaranteed. If you cancel in writing more than 90 days prior to your arrival (major holidays excepted), we will refund your money less a $1,000 administration charge and any credit card costs we have incurred. We are unable to offer cash refunds during the 90-day period, or once all the funds have been received. Please buy travel insurance; no refunds are given for interrupted stays at Five Little Cays House, or stays that are missed entirely. No refunds are permitted for bookings during the major holiday seasons. Five Little Cays House's full rental policy will be sent to you upon request. |
