From the privacy of your Salt Cay Villa enjoy the expansive views of the Caribbean sea on one side of Frangipani Villa and the Salt Cay salina on the other. Traverse through tropical gardens on your way from the beautiful freshwater pool to the private sandy beach in front of Villa Frangipani.
Recently built, Villa Frangipani comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults in 2 separate pods which includes 2 spacious ensuite bedrooms, private swimming pool, and entertainment room. The two-story main Villa Frangipani houses two spacious en suite bedrooms on the upper floor joined by a sunlit common room with expansive views of the sea.
Downstairs, the living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, private dining /meeting room, entertainment room, and powder room. The living space expands to the outside patio areas on three sides of the villa featuring a sun deck overlooking the beach, a sheltered patio walk around the house, a cozy breakfast patio overlooking a zen garden.
The outside living area offers you relaxation options in the sun or the shade. A sundeck and seawall separate the villa from the beach. A covered tiled walk /patio area surrounds the house and continues onto the pool deck. For fun in the sun you'll find a hammock, lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and a fresh water pool, complete with a water fountain and pool toys. For convenience there is an outdoor shower and washroom. |

The newly equipped kitchen with a gas range & oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator includes all you need from china to pots & pans. A colorful tiled breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the state-of-the-art entertainment room which is equipped with dish television, and surround sound stereo. The dining room has it's own entrance, opening off one side of the entertaining area, a brilliant place with a huge circular mahogany table for fine dining and family get-togethers. |

Rent the entire three bedroom beachfront property or rent the main villa or cottage as separate accommodation. The two villas are connected by a garden patio area adjoining the pool patio. Villa Frangipani comfortably accommodates 6 adults in two separate pods. With the futon and sleeper sofa Villa Frangipani can accommodate up to 10 adults
The main Villa Frangipani is two storys housing two spacious ensuite bedrooms, queen beds, large closets, jacuzzi bath tubs, ceiling fans and lots of windows to catch the refreshing ocean breezes. There is a futon couch in the upstairs sitting area.
The Cottage, located on the opposite side of the garden patio, consists of an equally spacious ensuite bedroom, with queen bed, efficiency kitchen and living room with sleeper queen size sleeper sofa.
Rates include :
Maid service 3 times per week, use of villa's golf cart, laundry facilities
Additional Services :
Laundry service, grocery service , baby sitting, in-house cook are available at additional fees.
