Description
Completed in August 2004, Acacia Villa was designed and created with vacation rental in mind. Situated facing east to catch the maximum tropical breeze, a large covered verandah overlooks the swimming pool for comfort in the cool shade or in the sun as you prefer.
The two queen-size bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the vacation villa with en-suite baths for your privacy. Each bedroom opens directly onto the verandah and pool. Air-conditioning is an option. A maximum of four persons or two couples is intended.
The living, great room features comfortable sofas and a reading chair. A collection of DVD and VHS movies for your large screen television entertainment is available.
The kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences should you decide to prepare meals in the comfort of your own vacation villa. Within a five minute walk (.2 miles) you will find Gilley?s Restaurant at Leeward Marina open for breakfast, lunch, and carry-out.
At Leeward Marina you can book boating excursions to Iguana Island, snorkelling, fishing, eco-tour kayaking, rent Sea-Doos, or jump off to other island adventures. You could rent a boat for your personal use and dock it right at Acacia Villa on Leeward Canal. Grace Bay Beach is a one mile walk. Airport greeting plus advice on car rentals, restaurants, shopping, activities, etc. is offered.
LOCATION:
Acacia Villa is situated in the quiet residential resort community of Leeward - the most sought after real estate development on Providenciales. The community lies at the northeastern end of the island eleven miles from the international airport. The villa is on a paved road in a good location for jogging or biking.
Four public beach accesses are available to Grace Bay Beach. The closest is one mile away. Tennis and golf are available at Provo Golf and Country Club just two miles to the west. Within three miles are located over 15 restaurants featuring local seafood and a range of cuisines including French, Mediterranean, Italian and Cantonese. |
