Sunset Point is a 4000 sq/ft exclusive oceanfront villa surrounded by half an acre of lush landscaping and turquoise waters. It looks like two homes, but it's actually one large villa under two roofs that can accommodate up to ten guests. Located on the island of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, just south of the Bahamas, this popular Caribbean vacation house rental features four air-conditioned bedrooms, five baths, and wraparound decks with incredible ocean views.
And you just can't get any closer to the water. In fact, Sunset Point Villa is the closest rental to the ocean on the entire island!
Take a refreshing dip in your own private swimming pool. Step down into the crystal clear ocean off the pool deck. Or visit the sugar white sands of secluded Taylor Bay Beach, just a short four minute stroll away! Famous for its beaches, Turks and Caicos is an unspoiled jewel of the Caribbean.
Providenciales, or "Provo" for short, is a wonderful mix of the old and the new. You won't run across any fast food restaurants in the Turks and Caicos Islands (a welcome change for most visitors), however, there are a number of excellent restaurants we can recommend to meet every budget. Provo has a large, modern IGA supermarket (as well-stocked as many in the U.S.) but you'll also find smaller markets throughout the island. There's a small convenience store about a mile away from the villa.
Providenciales is easy to get to! Several large airlines like American, US Air, Delta, Air Canada, and British Air have regular flights to Turks and Caicos, some non-stop from major cities. Shortly after your arrival at Providenciales International Airport, you'll be greeted by our Turks and Caicos villa representative who will escort you to Sunset Point... about a 10 minute drive away.
Want more convenience? The language in Turks and Caicos is English and the currency is US dollars. So most visitors won't have to deal with a language barrier or the hassles of exchange rates.

At Sunset Point Villa your rental includes a private swimming pool and huge sun deck, four spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and unbeatable ocean views, a game room with big screen TV and DVD collection, plus an impressive list of amenities featuring free high-speed wireless internet access. Not to mention tons of living space!
For about the same price you could book two cramped rooms at a crowded hotel or condo complex.

Apr 28 - Dec 15, 2007 $4900/wk

Rental rates are for the entire villa. Bookings for the Christmas and New Years holidays require a two week minimum.
Payments can be made by check, Visa, or MasterCard.
Bookings are generally from Saturday to Saturday. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 10% Government Accommodations Tax will be added to total. House Cleaning, Linens, Beach Towels, AC are included in rental rates.
To make a reservation a 25% deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. You may cancel and get a full refund (less 10% of total rental administration fee) up to 90 days prior to arrival.
Within 90 days, a refund is subject to re-letting the property. Because unforeseen circumstances can occur, we highly recommend travel insurance (available through numerous providers such as www.travelguard.com, or www.AllTripInsurance.com, or www.InsureMyTrip.com.)
Maid service is included before, after, and a light clean-up in the middle of your stay. Additional maid service is available for $8 an hour with a three-hour minimum. If you'd like to hire a cook or chef, this can be easily arranged. However, there are a number of very enjoyable restaurants on the island. We highly recommend a rental car for dining out, as well as to explore all the activities and attractions Providenciales has to offer.
If you want to bring your laptop computer, unlimited high speed internet access is available at no charge, but there is no computer at the villa. |
