Crystal clear turquoise waters and pristine white sand beaches provide the beach goer with an unlimited supply of sun and fun. You can walk for hours and swim the rest of the time!
Some of the best diving and snorkeling in the world is available on the coral reefs just off shore. Snorkeling, scuba diving, tennis and fishing can be arranged at nearby hotels.
Inland, nearby Cottage Pond is a lush area of tropical vegetation. Some 80 meters deep, this large natural pool is rumored to have underwater caverns which connect to the ocean.
North Caicos boasts the largest flock of West Indian flamingos in the world. Flamingo Pond Nature Preserve features an observation area for viewing these beautiful birds. |

Payment Options: Electronic wire transfer or cashiers check sent via Express Mail carriers.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made will receive a room credit good for 1 year from the original reservation.
Deposit Policy: Once you have phoned, faxed or emailed in your reservation to us, you have two weeks (10 business days) grace period to send in your deposit. If we do not receive your deposit within two weeks, your hold on the property will be subject to cancellation without further notice.
To confirm and guarantee your reservation, the initial deposit required is one-half the rent. The balance of rent, and damage deposit, if applicable, is due at least 60 days prior to your arrival. Your deposit will be applied toward the total rent.
