Description LOWTIDE GUEST HOUSE Is located on the private peninsula of Eastern Shores in Marsh Harbor Abaco Bahamas. Located directly at the waters edge this guest house is brand new in 2003. It has a fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed, and queen size sofa bed. It also has air conditioning throughout. The North side of the property has a sandy beach for swimming. The South side captures spectacular views of the sea of Abaco, surrounding cays, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from your own private deck. From the deck a walkway leads down to your own private dock. A perfect place for your rental boat or just gazing out at a passing sailboat. Lowtide is cooled by sweeping tradewinds and ceiling fans, however when this is not enough it has air conditioning for your comfort. Amenities  Other amenities include satellite TV, Stereo, VCR, movies, gas grill, microwave, and VHF radio just to name a few. Activities and Attractions Located just 1/2 mile away is Albury ferry service or you can rent a boat to visit the numerous other islands where you can check out the small settlements or you can find a deserted island for a quiet picnic or swim. You can also rent a car or scooter and do some exploring on the main island. There are numerous tours available from canoe, scuba, snorkleing or hiking. You might even enjoy a trip to one of Abacos many blue holes. If this sounds too hectic for you, of course you can always snorkle or swim right at home. Or if this seems even too much, grab a book and enjoy the beach and a chaise lounge chair, also right at home. Minimum weekly rental rate:    1200.00 Rate details     LOWTIDE is available for a weekly rental fee of $975.00 or a daily rental fee of 175.00 per night with a minimum stay of 4 nights. 50% of rental fee payable upon reservation and remainder 30 days prior to your stay.
