Coral Gardens is a privately owned condominium located on the white sands of Grace Bay, directly in front of the best snorkeling reef on Provo. This condominium is available for rent by the owner and cannot be rented through coralgardens.com
Grace Bay is a reef-protected bay that lies on the northern side of the island and is less than 20 minutes from the Airport.
You can?t find condos closer to the beautiful Grace Bay beach than our luxury condos. Literally a stone?s throw from waters as clear as gin, which engulf one of Grace Bay?s famous coral reefs. The reef lies only a few feet from the soft white-powdered beachfront of this beautiful Condo.
Floor to ceiling glass doors open to a panoramic view of the tranquil gin-clear water and white sandy beaches at your doorstep. Feel the warm tropical breezes as you watch the sunset from your private balcony.

This 2,128 square foot beach front Condominium has two bedrooms, two and a half baths. The 32 feet of sliding glass walls that separate the living area from a wrap-around balcony can be opened to disappear into concealed pockets to give you the most magnificent panoramic view of the Caribbean.
The Condo also includes a full gourmet kitchen, glass-surfaced range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic double-sink and separate wet-sink. The kitchen also contains a breakfast bar that seats four where you can enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful views the Condo offers. The balcony has a table that seats four and two outdoor lounge chairs plus another sitting area. The open floor plan has a dining area with a formal glass dining table.
The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, television, a large dresser and has it?s own sliding-glass door that leads to the wrap-around balcony. The master bathroom includes a large soaking tub, double vanity, and glass and tile shower. The second bedroom includes a full, tiled bathroom, king-sized bed, covered balcony, cable television, and a large closet and dresser.
The Condo can be configured into three options: two bedrooms and two and a half baths (2128 square feet, sleeps four to six), or one bedroom and one and a half baths (1800 square feet, sleeps two to four), or one bedroom and one bath (sleeps two).

A deposit of 50% of the room rate is due at booking. This deposit is fully refundable less a 10% administration fee up to 31 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 31 days, the deposit is not refundable, but the deposit (minus a 10% administration fee) can be applied to any future stay taking place within one year.
