Description
North Caicos island, just 43 square miles and populated by 1500 local residents, is the perfect get-away for total relaxation. This island with four settlements, Bottle Creek, Whitby Beach, Kew, and Sandy Point is full of island charm. Whitby Beach consists of miles of white sand beaches and turquoise water ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
This typical island villa is located in Whitby 150 yards from the beach. The villa has been newly painted and tiled and contains all the amenities required for a relaxing vacation. This villa has a master bedroom with an attached bath and the second bedroom with a separate bath (each with Queen beds plus a Queen raised airbed).
Create your own home-cooked island meal right in the villa's kitchen. Pick up fresh fish and/or lobster from the local fisherman, Jose, enjoy a fresh loaf of homemade bread from the local neighbor right next door and visit the "mom and pop" grocery store within a four minute walk away for any additional ingredients. Or, if you would prefer, reserve a dinner at one of the local restaurants.
If you like to be on the go, two bicycles are available for sightseeing and for heading out for a day of snorkeling at Three Mary Cays. There are also diving and fishing excursions to partake in or island tours to enjoy. You may find yourself most enjoying a relaxing swim, sunbathing, beachcombing, or birdwatching. |

Deposit Policy:
After setting up your reservation (via phone or email), you will have two weeks to send in a deposit. This deposit is equal to one-half the agreed upon rent and will be applied to the total rent. If the deposit is not received within this time, your reservation may be cancelled.
The remaining balance along with a damage deposit is due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival.
We accept wire transfers or cashier checks sent via Express Mail carriers. Special payment arrangements may be made upon request.
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation will be fully refunded if notification of the cancellation is made 60 days prior to your expected arrival. Cancellations made less than 60 days of your arrival will not be granted any refund. However, if your scheduled rental period is rented by another party after your cancellation, your deposit and payment will be refunded. The owners will, however, be happy to reschedule your rental to another time within 12 months of your original booking date. Should you decide to vacate the premises earlier than your expected departure date (regardless of the reason), no refunds will be granted.
Damage Policy:
A damage deposit is required by the time of final payment (prior to arrival). This deposit is fully refundable within 30 days of your departure if the property remains in tact (as it was upon arrival).
