Description
Come and join us in Staniel Cay Cottage's in beautiful Staniel Cay, Exumas. We have five cottages for rent each with there own unique style. Painted by local artist Bernadette Chamberlain all of our cottages take you into a unique fantasy water world. Whether you are staying in Atlantica, Shipwrecked, Ocean World, Malabar or Sunset Beach you will step into your own world when you stay with us. All of them are painted and decorated by local artist Bernadette Chamberlain and bring the beauty of natural surroundings into your island retreat.
Outside you can enjoy yourself in the warm and lovely waters of Staniel Cay. Enjoy snorkeling, fishing, diving or just walking our miles of beautiful beaches. There are boats or golf carts for rent so you can explore both land and sea. Enjoy dinner at the Staniel Cay Yacht Club or a BBQ at Club Thunderball. Our beautiful island, Staniel Cay, is in the heart of the Exumas only a few minutes from the famous Thunderball Cave and just a couple of miles from great fishing and diving. You can get a guide to take you bonefishing or even exploring the huge Oven Rock caves.
Staniel Cay is a key stop in many people traveling in the Exumas, because of that our island has all the comforts of home. There are two grocery stores and a general store. There are also a few restaurants and bars for your enjoyment as well as places to buy locals crafts and art work. If you are interested in deep sea fishing or bonefishing there are guides available to take you out to the best areas. Snorkeling and diving are close by and can be arranged easy while you are here. There is also the famous pig beach, where you can see the famous swimming pigs as they come to greet you hoping for a nice snack. Another not to be missed into adventure is feeding the fish at the famous Thunderball Cave. There you are surrounded by lovely reef fish eating right out of your hands.
With your cottages overlooking the beautiful Staniel Cay harbor you can just relax and sit on your porch while watching the day go by. You won't need to go any further to witness a famous green flash as the sun dips below the endless horizon.
