Description Completed in July of 1998, this secluded and tranquil fully tiled 2600 square foot Mediterranean style villa is located on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. The villa has two mastersuites, greatroom, kitchen, breezeway, loggia and patio with ceiling Amenities  Access to a very private beach is less than 200 ft. from the loggia as you pass the outdoor shower on the palm lined sand path. Immerse yourself in the warm crystal clear tropical waters, stroll the fine pink sand beaches, or relax in the shade of the coconut palms or casuarinas as you listen to the breeze wisp by. Activities and Attractions Minimum weekly rental rate:    1400.00 Rate details     Rental Rates:Rates based on two to six guests:High Season: (November 1 - April 30) $1800-$2200/weekLow Season: (May 1 - October 31) $1400-$1800/weekPer Month rate: $6800 for four guests - High Season $6000 for four guests - Low SeasonOther Rates: Car Rental : $50/day or $300/week Note: No Smoking. No pets. Refundable deposit of 1/2 of full rental rate required to confirm reservation. Cancellation fee is $250. Balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy and is non-refundable unless occupancy is filled. There is a $500 security deposit, which may be refunded 30 days after departure.These prices may fluctuate.
