5 Bedrooms 4 1/2 Baths* 2 Kitchen Units $3,000/week Up to 10 persons
3 Bedrooms 2 1/2 Baths* 1 Kitchen Unit $2,000/week Up to 6 persons
*with jacuzzi
Additional days available at a per diem rate. Limit 2 persons per bedroom.
Specific rooms have either King, Queen, or twin beds, air conditioning, Jacuzzi? tub.
Four of the bedrooms have double French doors opening to ocean side deck.
One third (1/3) of the total rental is required to confirm your reservation, with payment in full due 60 days before your arrival date. A damage deposit of 15% of the total weekly rental (10% for 2 weeks or more) is also due with your 1/3 rental deposit. The damage deposit will be returned to you after the house is cleaned, less amounts for any house damage or missing/broken items. Checks, money orders, MC/V are accepted. (Payment with MC/V, please add 5% to below rates.) Please make checks payable to Terry Kellogg and mail to 199 San Ildefonso, Los Alamos, NM 87544.
Cancellation Policy:
A full refund (including all deposits) is available up to 90 days in advance of your arrival date. One half refund is available up to 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Any non-refunded amounts can be applied in full to future reservations.
