Beach house is located on a privately owned peninsula with a turtle preserve as it's neighbor to the east. If you like to get away from it all and relax on a romantic beach while finding seashells and sponges, watch the dolphins swim by and catch fresh lobster for dinner at the nearby cay, this villa is for you.
2,000 square feet (1,000 each level). Each level has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and entertainment/lounge area. Tiled throughout with a vaulted ceiling on the upper level.
