Description
Situated on 1.5 acres of garden and greenery, a path leads to a lovely private sandy beach just 200 feet from the house. Laze on comfortable chaises and a hammock under a palm covered gazebo. Enjoy great snorkeling in azure waters with a breathtaking view of the hills of St. Martin. Located in the Cul de Sac area, a lovely residential area, 1 mile west of the ferry terminal.
A spacious two bedroom, two bath villa, the house offers every comfort and convenience. It is graciously laid out with a bedroom-bath suite at each end of the central, open, high-ceiling living area. This "great room" includes a dining area, living area and an open kitchen with a spectacular 19-foot long island counter.
On the large wrap around porch you can relax on comfortable chaises or on one of two hammocks and dine al fresco under a romantic star-filled sky. Enjoy the constant breezes and the ever changing view of the sea and St. Martin.
The villa is ideal for either one or two couples. It's been a romantic hideaway to many honeymooners who truly appreciated the privacy and beauty. It can also accommodate a family of four or five. It is a non-smoking house.
The home is sparkling white throughout with accents of jade and soft pastels. The furniture is of rattan and wicker. The east bedroom has a queen bed and opens directly to the porch from a sliding door. This bedroom has a view of the sea. The west bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed. Both bedrooms get wonderful cross ventilation. |

Activities and Attractions |
Anguilla is a tranquil, safe and friendly island. It has over 30 white powder beaches which are considered to be the best in the Caribbean. The weather is predictably beautiful, with little seasonal change. Temperatures average in the 80s and there is little rainfall.
Anguilla's welcoming people live in small villages which dot the island. It's easy to explore the island and discover favorite beaches by car or moped. Excellent snorkeling is a highlight for many visitors, as is boating.
Dining is a delight on Anguilla. The island boasts wonderful restaurants for every taste. You can opt for simple, down-home cooking or restaurants offering the finest gourmet dining anywhere. If you wish to cook, excellent markets offer an abundance of fine imported products, meats and produce. Of course, local seafood is abundant.
Anguilla has an active arts community. Local artists and others from many parts of the world have established studios and galleries on the island.
Anguilla is served by daily flights on American Airlines through San Juan. Air taxis and ferries are available from St. Maarten airport and ferry boats are available to and from Marigot, the capital of French St. Martin. Travelers from the United Kingdom and Europe can fly directly to Antigua, San Juan or St. Maarten, then continue on to Anguilla. |
