Description
Sun Ra is centrally located at the end of Little Harbour Drive, which is a prestigious residential neighbourhood off George Hill (see map). The villa is south facing, in an elevated position enjoying magnificent views of the Caribbean and the neighbouring island of St. Martin and a steady cool breeze blows through it at all times. We are 5 minutes drive from the nearest sandy beach, the main supermarkets, banks, fresh fish market, beauty parlour and drug store and some of the best of Anguilla's many excellent restaurants.
Sun Ra is our much loved second home ( we live in London ) and we have been coming here for 14 years. Throughout most of this time we have stayed in Anguilla for all of our daughter's school vacations and only a few close friends have stayed from time to time. Regrettably, we now find it difficult to come quite so often, and so have decided to rent the house when we are not there to discerning visitors. We have also decided to buy a house in the South of France (our daughter attends the French Lycee in London and wants to spend more time immersed in the French language) and so will consider sensible offers for the freehold and complete contents of Sun Ra from any interested parties.
The island is virtually crime free, it's people are welcoming and friendly, it has 30 or so beaches which are generally reckoned to be the best in the Caribbean and still in high season you can find you have the beach to yourself! We do not have a swimming pool or a tennis court but what we do offer is a most comfortable and well equipped holiday home for up to 6 persons at a very competitive rental. |

Fully equipped home including all linens, towels, telephone, cable TV, stereo, BBQ grill and maid service. We have a very good friend who lives nearby who takes care of our house in our absence and will welcome you on arrival and will be happy to help and advise on all your local needs.
This spacious house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1en suite), a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with dining area opening onto a spacious covered terrace. There are white tiled floors throughout, ceiling fans in living room/dining room and all bedrooms which combined with a simple all white painted decor and tasteful furnishings make this a perfect base for discovering the delights of this wonderful, relatively unspoilt little paradise. |
