Like a tropical oasis surrounded by trees, ponds and singing birds. This villa enjoys outstanding scenery with views of sunsets over the ocean and horses and monkeys in distant fields, this is a setting to relax and enjoy.
Situated on a tropical ridge overlooking Speightstown and the west coast. Ancient Grove is perfectly positioned to enjoy golf, tennis, and sailing as well as shopping and fine dinning. For long quiet walks Barbados' east coast is just a ten minute drive away.
Throughout the home you will find spacious rooms with many tasteful hand picked pieces of furniture from Bali.
The property develops on two levels. On the first floor you find the entrance, a bedroom with two double beds and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and full size bathtub.
Step inside Ancient Grove, BarbadosThe kitchen is fully equipped and blends into a large dining table that can seat 8 easily.
The living room is 20 by 20 with 18 foot high ceilings and doors and windows opening to the gardens.
The media center is located inside a large Balinese cabinet with a DVD, VCR, 12 movie channels.
The computer room is equipped with two computers with high speed, printer and Skype for all your long distance telephones needs. This room can also be used as a spare bedroom by making use of its comfortable day bed.
The second floor has 2 large bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and outstanding views from the 3 baloneys.
Elegant home located on the west coast close to the oldest town in Barbados. Our villa is surrounded by exotic palm trees, horses in the distance and the Caribbean Sea. The east and north coasts are both close by within a 15 minute drive.
Surrounded by acres of nature, our villa lends itself to experiencing the outdoor life. There are 7 balconies to immerse oneself in nature from.
There is an infinity edge pool, a Jacuzzi and a gazebo with a double hammock and the sound of the brook with small ponds always helps to set a relaxing mood.
The staff at Ancient Grove will be happy to accommodate your every need.
Fiona is the housekeeper and laundress and Raymond is always around tending to the gardens and pool as well as any minor repairs or adjustments the villa may require. |
