Prospect House is a charming newly built villa set on a hill in a quiet residential cul-de-sac overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The house is set amidst well landscaped gardens with a pool and is located along the exclusive West Coast of Barbados and just a short walk from white sandy beaches. A stone’s throw away are hotels, restaurants, churches and supermarkets. North of the property – a short drive (5 mins) either by private car or public transportation - is Holetown where one can find the historic St James Parish Church, shopping malls, restaurants, nightclubs, a police station, library and supermarket. There is also the world-rated spanking new Sandy Lane Hotel and Golf Course within close proximity as well as Royal Westmoreland Golf Course. Bridgetown is about 4 miles away and the Grantley Adams International Airport, 10 miles or about 30 minutes by car. |

This modern two-storey coral stone 3-bedroom 3-bathroom villa provides peaceful and casual living. Two bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite are located on the first floor and the third bedroom and
bathroom is on the ground floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The house is decorated in cool Caribbean pastel colours. A cozy enclosed dining patio faces the west and takes advantage of the glorious sunset views over the Caribbean Sea. A well-maintained garden surrounds the entire property and leads to a large swimming pool.
The house can sleep 6 adults comfortably and a child’s cot is also available. A stereo with CD player is also available. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances as well as a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
